I’m not a fan of powders, but I always use them when I wear an elaborate make-up. I like powders that give a sheer look after I apply it and this bi-color powder from Paul & Joe it’s just what I need. Because I have a pale skin I use the softer shade more often, but in the summer, when I’m a little bit tanned, I mix them both.
